Code of Conduct

Baldie Con is committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for everyone attending the event. This includes attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, staff, and community members.

Our goal is to create a space where individuals who embrace baldness by choice or circumstance can connect, share experiences, celebrate confidence, and build community.

We expect all participants to contribute to a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

All participants at Baldie Con are expected to:

• Treat others with kindness, dignity, and respect
• Be mindful of personal boundaries and consent
• Engage in constructive and respectful conversations
• Follow instructions provided by event staff and venue personnel
• Respect the event venue, equipment, and shared spaces
• Support an environment where everyone feels welcome and safe

We encourage attendees to help foster a supportive community experience throughout the event.

The following behaviors will not be tolerated at Baldie Con:

• Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
• Offensive or degrading comments related to gender, race, ethnicity, disability, appearance, religion, sexual orientation, or identity
• Unwanted physical contact or inappropriate advances
• Disruptive behavior during talks, activities, or community gatherings
• Threatening language or actions toward attendees, staff, or venue personnel
• Any behavior that makes others feel unsafe or unwelcome

This applies to all official Baldie Con activities, including sessions, social events, networking gatherings, and online spaces connected to the event.

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, we encourage you to report it to the Baldie Con team.

You may report concerns by:

• Speaking with an event staff member or volunteer onsite
• Contacting the Baldie Con team through the website contact form
• Emailing the event team at moc.noceidlab@troppus

All reports will be treated seriously and handled with care and discretion.

Event organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this Code of Conduct.

Actions may include:

• Verbal warnings
• Removal from specific event activities
• Removal from the event without refund
• Restriction from future Baldie Con events
